PROJECT INTRODUCTION

Framing By Design is an educational game designed to teach players problem-solving & problem definition skills. This prototype covers the first phase of problem-solving, which involves gathering insights, discovering, and defining the problem.

This example scenario has you exploring a school and talking to various NPCs after a fire breaks out in the Robotics lab. Your job is to gather insights into the problem’s causes through empathetic conversation skills.

EXPORTING PLAYER LOGS AND EVALUATING PLAYER PERFORMANCE

This game supports exporting player play histories as a CSV file. This CSV file shows the choices they picked throughout, the badges they acquired, the NPC’s emotional state, and other information. For example, this data can be used by an instructor to evaluate the player and develop their empathetic conversational skills.
