Animals are pretty fun subjects for pictures. As a bonus, you don’t have to ask for their permission.
PEOPLE
ANIMALS
If you take pictures of people, it must be with their consent. You may not use photos of people without their permission.
PEOPLE & ANIMALS
Getting action shots or interesting pictures of people with animals is always interesting, but again, make sure that you have permission from the people in the picture.
4
Include a variety of pictures of both people, animals, and people with animals. Get at least three of each, if you can.

Look at the Bend Bulletin, The New York Times, or another newspaper that interests you. What do they include in picture captions? What details can you find that are consistent?
Make a note of what you find that is the same for all pictures so that you’re ready for step 4.

FINDING MEMES
A quick Google search should bring up plenty of memes, but specify something more clear so that you limit the yuck that might show up.
RESEARCH MEMES
Look through the memes that you think are the best. What kinds of things do they have in common? What makes them great?
Make a note of these to make step 4 easier.
