Athletic Eligibility

    • All Freshmen are eligible for Fall Sports
    • After that, students must earn – the semester prior to their sport – a minimum of 3.0 units of credit (pass 6 of 7 classes), and currently be enrolled in 3.0 units of credit (6 classes)

High School

    • If you do not pass 6 -- 1st semester classes, you could become ineligible in the middle of your season

Winter Sports

    • There are rules that govern college athletics. Talk to your coach/Mrs. Gerringer!

College Level

A+ Program

    • Free Associates Degree at any Missouri community college or public vocational/technical institution
    • Many 4-year colleges also offer scholarships for completing the A+ Program
    • We believe that EVERY eligible Liberty student should complete the program
      • FREE education
      • Good “insurance policy” even if you don’t intend to use it
      • Give back – tutoring helps struggling students

Eligibility

    • Sign the Student Participation Agreement
    • Graduate with a minimum 2.5 GPA (non-weighted grades)
    • Graduate with a 95% attendance record
    • Maintain a record of good citizenship
    • Obtain qualifying score on approved math assessment (EOC or ACT)
    • Perform at least 50 hours of tutoring in the WSD – 10th-12th grade (training required before starting)
    • Must have attended an A+ eligible high school for 2 consecutive years
