We are ahead of schedule compared to Bryant and Emerson last year (essentially three identical projects)

    • Restroom demo and corridor flooring demo is complete
    • Underfloor plumbing complete
    • Framing in progress

    • Install structural steel above structural framed wall at restroom entrance
    • MEP rough-ins above floor
    • Drywall

New roof drain piping

    • Approx. 70% of new piping is hung
    • Approx. 70% of what is hung is insulated
    • Three separate crews working on piping

Upcoming work

    • Remove rock from existing roof beginning this week
    • Roof demo and new installation scheduled to begin next week
    • Continue with piping installation in the building
    • Some work likely to continue on the west side after school resumes.

Addition:

    • Earthwork, foundations, structural steel is complete
    • Grouting columns this week
    • Underslab rough-in to begin this week

Renovation:

    • Demo in progress, will continue for several weeks
    • MEP demo in progress
    • Addition and renovation work to be completed by August 2025.

Clean shop:

    • Renovated clean shop into 2 standard classrooms
    • Work is mostly complete now
    • Need to finalize some electrical and specialties
    • Casework will not arrive until July

FCS Renovation:

    • Demo work is complete
    • Bulkhead framing in progress
    • Waiting for one electrical floor box, then will pour floor patches back
    • Paint, flooring, and ceilings to follow

    • Demo work complete
    • Framing in progress
    • KPS staff to handle all electrical and mechanical work to save costs.
