The findings overwhelmingly suggest that greater technology integration in teaching and learning is expected going forward. Faculty and students want more options for flexible learning without being forced to take only online or only in-person courses. With a desire for more technology supported learning experiences comes concern about faculty skills and know-how to teach in digital environments. Professional development for faculty, as in previous years, remains mostly voluntary and quality assurance is a top operational concern.”“Faculty burnout and academic integrity are the most pressing teaching and learning challenges at post-secondary institutions across Canada.”
