Stevens Great was founded in 1983 by Patrick Stevens and was the 2nd franchised Great Clips to open its doors in Blaine, MN. In 2009 Brian and Jenn Stevens bought the company from Pat and have grown the company from 9 to 27 salons in the Twin Cities and Duluth markets.

Hairstylist
Create an amazing haircut experience for customers, full or part time positions
Area Manager

Apprentice
Our WI salons run an in salon training program helping unlicensed stylists begin a career in the cosmetology industry to earn their license.

Loan Reimbursement
Your First Year Immediately Out of Cosmetology School We Will Pay Up to $150 Towards Your Loans
After the First Year We Will Pay Up to $50 a Month
Extra Earning Potential
Refer a Full Time Stylist, get $1000 (half when hired and half at 6 months)
Refer a Part Time Stylist, get $500 (half when hired and half at 6 months)
Six day work week earns 25 cents an hour extra
Work a 9 hour shift and earn and extra $1.00/hr.
Work an 8 hour Split Shift in a day and earn an extra $1.00/hr.
