Receta de Panqueques

-2 huevos

​

-250ml leche(milk)

​

-150 gramos de Harina (flour)

​

-manteca( Butter)

​

-Dulce de leche/ caramel/ manzana

​

Apple Filling

​

-4 manzanas (apples)

-6 spoonfuls sugar

-1 spoonful butter

2-tea spoons cinnamon

​

​

Peel the apples. Cut them in little squares. Put in a pan the apples, the cinnamon, sugar and butter. Low heat. Stir. Once the sugar es melted cover the pan for 3 minutes. The apple has to be tender. Now you can fill the pnaqueques with this mix.
