Go to https://admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/

Sign up for an account to apply for GSW 2026. Once you sign up, you will receive an email to verify the email you register and the password detail.

When you sign in, you will land to this page. Choose “Summer Courses”

When you click “Summer Courses” you will find many options of program, please scroll down until you find “Global Summer Week 2026 Faculty of Economics and Business UGM”

Once you find the program “Global Summer Week 2026 Faculty of Economics and Business UGM”, click the program to start inputting your data

Fill in and complete all the data and documents required (file size not more than 2MB)

When you complete all the data required, click submit.

Your submitted data will be verified by our team to further process your application

Post-Application Process: What to Do Next?

  • Monitor Your Application Account : Once your application is successfully submitted, please regularly monitor your account for the issuance of your Letter of Offer (LoO), which will contain the detailed payment instructions for the visa fee. Please proceed promptly with the payment of the visa application fee.
  • Receive Program Fee Invoice: Simultaneously, the invoice for the Program Fee will be sent directly to your registered email address.
  • Complete the Program Payment: For the program fee payment, please proceed promptly with the payment and kindly send the proof of transaction by replying to the invoice email.
  • Confirmation and LoA Issuance: After we confirm the receipt of both payments, your official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be issued.
  • Visa Issuance: Following the issuance of the LoA, your visa processing will proceed. Please await official notification of your visa status.
  • Program Onboarding: Prior to program commencement, a mandatory online onboarding session will be held to ensure you are fully prepared for your departure to Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and ready for the entire program.
