Start with the person who’s birthday is next and end with who’s birthday is last.
As you enter today, sit in groups of 2-3 around a campfire dot.

The Singing Bowl
Let’s close our eyes when the SINGING BOWL ringing starts. Relax and let go of everything.…thinking only of right here - right now. Focus on your breathing. Keep your eyes closed until you can no longer hear the ringing tone. Sit quietly and be very still until everyone’s eyes are open. Let’s cross our arms/hands and place them gently across our hearts while we wait for all to open their eyes.
