1.Structure Classification of Tires:
◆RADIAL Tires
It refers to the angle between the carcass ply of the tire and the steel belts, which forms a 90-degree angle (similar to the Earth’s meridian lines), providing better stability and handling. Hence, the name “Radial tires”.
◆BIAS Tires
Each layer of tire carcass ply is arranged in a cross pattern.Hence, the name“BIAS Tires”

Ⅳ.Maintance and useage of Tires —— How to strage it:
◆Tires must not be placed with oil, flammables, and chemical corrosives, so as not to cause stickiness or softening of the tires.
◆Tires should be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight and rain.
◆Prevent tires from being damaged by foreign objects. (such as nails, stones, metal and glass shards, etc.)
◆Inventory turnover should be carried out in accordance with the order in which tires enter the warehouse.
◆Tires should be placed upright on the rack. If there is no storage rack, they must also be placed upright on the ground, so as not to cause the bead to merge and make it difficult to inflate.

Stacking too much may cause tire deformation. When stacking tires for a long time, the upper and lower parts should be exchanged at least once a month!

Therefore, when selecting tires, the following aspects should be considered:

Ⅳ.Maintance and useage of Tires —— How to protect it:
1.Correct Tire Inflation Pressure
Incorrect tire pressure will directly affect the driving safety, lifespan, and vehicle handling stability.
When the tire pressure is low:
◆ Low tire pressure can cause accelerated wear at the shoulder of the tire, reducing tire life
Increased sidewall deflection makes it more likely to cause tire damage and threaten driving safety

Low tire pressure can easily cause bead detachment, posing a threat to driving safety

When the tire pressure is high:
◆ High tire pressure can cause accelerated wear in the center of the tire, reducing tire life

The suggestion of tire pressure：
