Overview – Students will continue to explore their connection with nature by identifying nature activities that bring them happiness. First, students will discover the various benefits of spending time in nature – from better mood and increased focus to improved relationships and less stress. Then, students will go through a variety of nature activities and identify which activities make them happy. Identifying preferred nature activities and experiences is an important step towards creating your personalized nature prescription!

Activity 2 Skill Goal – Students will be able to 1) identify various benefits of spending time in nature and 2) identity preferred activities in nature that bring them happiness.
