Be a good neighbor

  1. Social Wellness Check-ins: Reach out to people in your family or community to have daily wellness checks. These can be to check on your mental well-being and see if you have all that you need. Make sure that it is more than two people checking in on each other. We want to build a web of support. It’s also super important to have a routine that includes great self-care.
  2. Neighbor Check-ins (Make a copy): Get the contact information of TWO neighbors. Share these names with friends or family that regularly check in with you. Share your friends’ and family’s contact with these neighbors. If you have a Neighborhood Watch or similar group, please share the information with them so they can have a master contact list.
  3. Emergency Contact & Evacuation Plan (Make a copy): Everyone needs to fill in this personal emergency contact list. This is a great time to also make sure we have a plan for earthquakes and fire season.
  4. Have a little extra? Do you have some extra veggie starts? Seeds? Lemons? Put it in a little library or on the curbside with a sign. Remember: Think about the Grocery Disinfection Challenge! #LCMCares #LCMShares
