Expectations, Guidelines, & FAQs
As we move to online learning, questions will arrive. Please refer to this guide of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). It will continue to be updated as new questions arise and structures to support online learning develop. Read through the entire lesson before emailing your teacher or study buddy.
We have science 4 days a week. You will have 4 lessons each week.
Put a time aside 4 days a week to do your class work for science. Keep up on your class work. The last page of the PowerPoint has a checklist so you can ensure you completed all work. This is a quick reference for you and your parents.
If you have questions, you can email me or join me during office hours. (See next slide.)

Availability
Email�I will check emails between 9 AM - 1:00 PM Monday through Friday, except Wednesdays. If you email near or after 1:00 PM, please be patient. I will get back to you the next work day. No Office Hours or availability on Wednesdays.

Grocery Disinfection Challenge!
Your challenge, should you accept it (which you obviously will with all the talk of COVID-19) is to be able to bring in all the groceries, mail, & packages into your house without the virus on them.
Objective:
Create a plan to bring in groceries, mail, and packages to your house safely.
Think about it!
How can you make sure that things you bring into your house are disinfected thoroughly?

The Issue with Tissue
People are buying up toilet paper and hoarding it. Have you ever stopped to think where does all this toilet paper come from? What happens if we run out? What can we learn from other cultures who don’t use toilet paper?
