Ms. Silvaggio - Algebra I, Math 8, Accelerated Math 6

I love teaching math at Wayne Carle, I enjoy helping all students see themselves as mathematicians and creative problem solvers!

The majority of my career has been in Colorado. I have enjoyed teaching many different grades and content from kindergarten through high school. I spent a couple years teaching middle school math at an American International School in Singapore. I love to travel; my daughter and I have visited over 60 countries!

I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, walking my labradoodles, reading, and just recently helping my daughter transition to her first year of college! I am looking forward to another amazing year at Wayne Carle!

Career Exploration - Technology Student Association (TSA) Learning to Lead in a Technical World

Students will work on projects individually or in small groups with specific guidelines and rules. Many of the competitions require students to complete an essay, work log, and document leadership skills. Middle School Themes and Problems are different each year. Students may choose to participate in the same or different events each year in middle and high school.

Students will also have the opportunity to present their project at the state competition February 22nd-24th, 2024 at the Marriott Denver Tech Center.

We are always looking for volunteers to help guide students with their projects. Please see the class website for an overview of the different events. TSA is 7th period from 2:43-3:30pm, please email me if you are able to volunteer your time and talents.
