SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

FOR E-POSTER PRESENTATION

Submission Process

• Save your e-poster with the following filename format:

ICSNPH 2025_Poster Presentation_Presenting Author Name

• Submit it through the presentation material submission form no later than June 10, 2025.
• Submission form:

General Information

• The e-poster must be prepared as a single slide using the provided template.
• All e-posters will be displayed on 55-inch monitors with dimensions of 69.85 cm width × 124.2 cm height.

Technical Requirements

• File format: .pdf
• Maximum file size: 100 MB
• Orientation: Portrait
• Use standard fonts, ensure text is legible from 1-2 meters viewing distance.
• Use high-resolution images and graphics.

Content Organization

The e-poster must be written in English and include the following sections:

• Title
• Authors and affiliations
• Introduction/Background
• Methods
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion
• References (if applicable)
