What you should remember about grit

Develop grit with small wins

Grit is something you build, not something you instantly possess.

Deliberate practice

How you consistently use grit is by having proven habits that you go to when the situation calls for it.

Have a sense of purpose

If you do not know the why of what you are doing, you will find it challenging to do because you have not found meaning in it.
