  • Role-plays can be adapted to individual classroom activity through adding the videos as the scenario developers for conflict tactics usage;
  • Scenarios can be adapted to other contexts (family related, school/university settings, etc.) to train the material for the unemployed;
  • Negotiation lexis (C1) can be simplified for intermediate levels to have the opportunity of practice of the same topic of effective negotiations;
  • Group discussions can focus on analysing real-life workplace conflicts and suggesting effective resolutions.
