Anime Girls Illustrations
I also make anime illustrations. Since these are more detailed than emotes, unfortunately I can only draw female-resembling characters. I offer two different styles of illustration!��Style A features the character with a simple background, and I will draw either a thigh-up picture or a waist-up picture. The price starts from $70, and additional charge will be decided based on complexity on both the character design and the background.��Style B features a large-scale, full-body art of a character, with emphasis on more vibrant colors and specific details. These can be used as references for your character (although it’s not a reference sheet) and the background will be transparent. The price starts from $120, and additional charge will be decided based on the complexity of the character design. This style of art will take a longer time to make, so please inform me at least 1.5 to 2 months before when you need it!��(IMPORTANT: I am NOT an outfit/character designer, my illustrations will be based on existing references or descriptions. Kindly provide a reference or a detailed description of the character you would like me to draw!)

Good news for Apex Legends streamers/players! I also offer commissions for simple Apex overlays to spice up your footages! These are overlay frames that you can place over-top your game in OBS/streaming softwares, and they do improve the visual aesthetics of the footages! Prices start from $10, and additional charges will be decided based on complexity as well as your aspect ratio!�

COMMISSION PROCESS
Stage 1: Inform�Fill up the Commission Google Form HERE!
Stage 2: Discussion�I will then discuss the details of your commission as well as the pricing with you, either through Discord or Twitter!
Stage 3: Payment through Paypal�I will then send you a Paypal Invoice. Paying this invoice officially marks the beginning of the commission. You will be given a Reference Number, and you may request a refund anytime before Stage 4. ��Stage 3.5: Wait�I may be in the middle of other commissions and projects when your payment is made, so please be patient and wait for your turn. You may check the commission queue HERE, under the “ACTIVE PROJECTS” tab! Note, commissions are NOT done on a first-come-first-served basis. Factors such as the type of art commissioned will be taken into account in deciding priority.
Stage 4: Work Commence�Once I start working on the art, I will send a communication to you , either through email or Discord, after which refunds will not be allowed. I will give you an estimated time of delivery as well as a deadline.
COMMISSION PROCESS
Stage 5: Draft�I will make a draft of the art and send it to you for approval. You need to tell me any major changes you want at this stage. Once the draft stage is over, I will only entertain small revisions. If I do not receive a reply from you within one week, I will assume you are happy with the draft and carry on with the art. This also means the estimated time of delivery and deadline will be delayed by one week as well.
Stage 6: In progress�I do the art. ☺
Stage 7: Completion�Once the art is complete, I will send a WATERMARKED version of the art to the email address you provided earlier in Stage 1. You can then unzip, open and check the contents. If you want anymore changes to be made (only small ones) then you may let me know, and I will make 2 free revisions. (extra charges from the 3rd revision onwards.�If you are happy with the end product, reply to me with your confirmation and I will send you a final email containing the FINAL, UNWATERMARKED art. This marks the end of the commission process and I will not make any more revisions. �NOTE: If an art commission has reached Stage 7 before the deadline, no refunds will be allowed if the deadline is exceeded pending confirmation from client.

If the art is not completed after the deadline and Razorie is responsible for this lateness, the client will be entitled to a full refund. ��If the art has been completed before the deadline, but delivery is pending confirmation by the client, the client will not be entitled to a refund.

TO ENSURE YOUR LEGAL NAME/ADDRESS IS NOT SHARED WITH ME AUTOMATICALLY, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT YOU USE TO PAY IS A BUSINESS ACCOUNT, NOT A PERSONAL ACCOUNT. ALSO REMOVE YOUR LEGAL NAME FROM YOUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT, IF POSSIBLE. ��*Even though I’ll do my best not to see the legal names and information of my clients, they DO show up in my transaction history. There is also a risk I will receive such information in notification/emails from Paypal. Please protect yourself by following the above steps! If you need any help, don’t hesitate to reach out!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS�The following slides provide important terms and conditions should you choose to support me through commission, so please read carefully!
�1. The prices in this set of slides are not final, but merely estimates. Only the prices listed on the Paypal invoices sent by Razorie Akahoshi are considered final. Likewise, any commission is only considered officially-in-place once payment is made to those invoices.
2. Unless otherwise and explicitly stated, the price currency for the commissions is in US Dollars.
3. Unless otherwise and explicitly stated, the commission is for NON-COMMERCIAL USE only. The next section will give more detailed explanation on this.
4. No refunds will be allowed once work has already commenced on a particular commission. The moment at which work commences will be explicitly informed (either through Discord/Twitter message or email) and thereby put into writing.
5. Unless otherwise and explicitly stated, there is a chance Razorie may publicize the process of working on your commission (e.g. Razorie may do an art stream on Twitch showing them drawing your art.) If you do not wish for such publication (e.g. you want to use this art as a surprise or a reveal) make sure to inform early on. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE INCURRED.
6. Razorie Akahoshi will try her best to communicate every step of the commission process to the client, and will try to finish the art before the estimated time of delivery. If the art is not completed before the deadline, the client will be entitled to a full refund, assuming the circumstances were within Razorie’s control. ��7. In the event that a commission has been completed before the deadline, but has not been delivered pending confirmation by the client, no refund under Clause 6 will be allowed even if the delivery itself takes place after the deadline.
8. Razorie Akahoshi will not be responsible for any delay caused by the client, any circumstances not reasonably foreseeable, or any Act of God. If such delay occurs, the estimated time of delivery and the deadline will be readjusted accordingly. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
9. Razorie Akahoshi reserves the right to cancel any particular order and give a refund, either partial or full, if any harassments, threats, unscrupulous comments or otherwise is made towards Razorie Akahoshi or the commission. This includes rushing too, please do not rush.
10. Razorie Akahoshi will NOT draw anything that may be considered offensive, homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, in promotion of violence or crime, or otherwise unlawful or in poor taste. Razorie Akahoshi will also NOT draw anything considered NSFW, pornographic or gory.
11. Any refunds, whether partial or full, will not include any extra charges from Paypal. The refund only corresponds to the prices of the commission agreed on.
12. Commissions will be carried out according to the “COMMISSION PROCESS” slide available above.�
NON-COMMERCIAL USE
It is once again important to emphasise that any art, unless otherwise and explicitly stated, is for non-commercial use only. This means:��(1) For all intents and purposes, Razorie Akahoshi remains the copyright holder for all the artwork included, and may exercise any such rights a copyright holder has.��(2) You are free to use the art on Discord, Twitter, Twitch, Youtube or other social media platforms as your profile picture without credit. However, outside the use of these artwork as profile pictures, you are required to include at least a simple, reasonable credit that Razorie Akahoshi is the creator of the artwork (such as in your Twitch or Twitter channel's About Me section, Youtube video descriptions etc.) Links to Razorie Akahoshi's social media pages are appreciated but not required, just a name mention will do. ��(3) You are not allowed to resell the artwork for financial gain (e.g. merchandising, T-shirts etc.), or present the artwork in a manner that either expresses or implies that Razorie Akahoshi is not the creator of the artwork. You may use commissioned emotes or badges on Youtube, Twitch or Discord for subscription or membership purposes, but not anything more than that.��(4) Razorie Akahoshi may in the future use the art commissioned as part of her own personal portfolio or in her own advertisements.� �**Should you wish to have your art used commercially, make sure to explicitly inform Razorie Akahoshi about it BEFORE PAYMENT. Additional charges will be incurred as part of a commercial-use commission.
