Overview

Description

Ion Genestudio System: used to analyze genetic data, specifically DNA and RNA sequencing data. Designed to help researchers identify genetic variations, such as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), insertions and deletions (indels), and structural variations, in the genome.

Ion Chef System: used for the preparation of DNA libraries for NGS. Designed to automate the process of library preparation (fragmenting the DNA, adding adapters to the ends of the fragments, amplifying the resulting libraries using PCR). Compact and easy-to-use instrument that can help researchers and scientists streamline the process of library preparation and improve the efficiency of their NGS workflows.

Overview

Description

MultiNA: Microchip Electrophoresis System for DNA/RNA Analysis

This system is used to analyze the size of DNA/RNA samples, with convenient analytical operability. It achieves analysis costs on par with agarose gel electrophoresis, and can perform fully automatic analyses of up to 108 samples. Using optimized reagent kits (four types for DNA analysis and one type for RNA analysis), the system achieves a high resolution and high sensitivity. It can significantly improve the workflow for mutation checks in genome editing, and genotype determination.
