Bonjour,

Je suis ravi d’être à Ruru avec cette superbe équipe . Je m’appelle Nicolas Delaire, et j’ai deux filles, Violetta et une en route (Ágata). J’aime nager, lire et les arts martiaux.

J’enseigne à Ruru et Tui cette année.

Who are we?

Julie- Teacher

Bonjour!

Je m’appelle Julie. J’ai grandi en France à Châteaubriant, une petite ville près de Rennes. J’ai passé 15 ans à Londres avant de déménager en Nouvelle-Zélande. J’ai un fils de 4 ans qui s’appelle Leo. J’aime jouer au Handball, nager, surfer et lire.

J’enseigne dans les classes de Kākā et Ruru.

Estelle - Assistante bilingue

Bonjour!

Je m’appelle Estelle. J’ai grandi en France dans le Val-de-Marne et en Provence. J’ai travaillé pour la production télévisuelle avant de m’installer à Wellington en 2012. J’ai deux filles, Nina et Maya, qui sont aussi à Ridgway School.

J’aime voyager, nager et lire. Je suis assistante bilingue dans les classes de Ruru, Kaka et Kereru.

What do we do?

Getting in touch with teachers

  • Teachers are outside classes each morning and you can catch them then if you want a quick chat
  • If you want to talk further to your child’s kaitiaki teacher you can email them
  • You are welcome to join Kathryn and Sarah at the Vogelmorn Bowling Club on Friday mornings for coffee and a chat (9 - 9.30 every Friday)

School communications

  • Blogs: are a window into the classroom (photos and a small amount of text) sent via the app
  • Teacher messages sent out via the app when needed (reminders, notices from teachers etc)
  • School newsletter via email and on the website under notices, usually sent fortnightly but more frequently if necessary
  • Teachers email parents directly as needed

  • get regular teacher messages.

We will host an information session this term to answer all your questions about the app!

How you can help at home

  • Réviser la liste des mots (y3&4) envoyée en Week 2.
  • S’entraîner à comment accéder sur les différents sites (Spotlight) et courriels.
  • Réviser les devoirs demandés (révisions verbes, préparations dictée/mots de la semaine.
  • Réviser les tables de multiplication (Y1- Y6)
  • Lire 10 minutes tous les jours
