Stay in touch with OE:

Hello Oliver Ellsworth Families-

I hope you found Open House meaningful. Again, you will have time to have a more in depth conversation about your own child during conferences later on in the year. In the meantime, you are always welcome to reach out to your child’s teacher(s) should you have any questions or are just looking for an update. In addition, we are fortunate to have two amazing instructional coaches for Literacy and STEM at OE. Mrs. Addie is our science and math guru. Ms. Ferreira is our expert in all things reading, writing and social studies related. They are here to support you, our teachers and our students. One of our focus areas for this year is to create more cross curricular connections between literacy and STEM. At OE, we are committed to making learning fun and engaging for all students!

Love,

Principal Gruber

Oliver Ellsworth School Governance Council 2023-2024

Calling all OE parents and families!

We need your participation- please consider joining the OE School Governance Council (SGC).

The SGC is a group of parents, educators and community members working together to improve student achievement, enhance parent involvement and maintain safety for all students and staff at OE. Getting involved means you want to share your ideas, coordinate future projects, and help the council develop initiatives that could improve student achievement.

SGC's are primarily parent led so we need YOU!

Virtual meetings will be held quarterly (November, January, March and May) in the evenings and usually last about an hour.

Please reach out to Principal Gruber at tgruber@windsorct.org or Rosanna Wilson (OE parent) at rosannazwillson@gmail.com for more information on our SGC. THANK YOU!
