a story

There was a boy named Alec. Growing up Alec loved the idea of travelling and discovering things about different countries since every country and every continent had its own unique thing.

Now that Alec is an adult and has saved up a lot of money, he can afford to go on tons of trips, so for his first destination he decided to go to Paris, the capital of France, during the summer. (Nikoleta)

Teodor: When Alec went to Paris, it was very hot. He wanted to visit the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The next day he went to the Eiffel Tower.

There he met a boy that was named Dimitar Tanchev. They became friends. The next day they went to a bakery to get a french croissant together. After that, the two of them went to the Arc de Triomphe. There they met a boy named Yordan. The three of them decided to go to Rome in Italy after two days.

Dimitar Kostadinov: As we saw, they decided to go to Rome. They wanted to check out the Coliseum and the Pantheon. They were hungry so they went to a restaurant and saw Dimitar Kostadinov. He treated them nicely so they became friends. They continued the adventure together.They saw the really interesting and incredible places and were amazed.

After that they decided to go to Germany.

Dimitar Tanchev: There, during a Munich vs Lazio match, Alec met Teodor, a cheerful street performer. They became friends quickly and explored Germany. The next day they went to a local restaurant and ordered a Schnitzel. They were amazed by the German food. Trying to juggle and playing guitar, Alec left with lovely memories, realizing the importance of friendship and chasing dreams. The next day he booked a flight ticket to Barcelona.

Yordan: When they got to Barcelona, they went sightseeing. The architecture there was really beautiful. They first went to check out the Sagrada Familia. There they met a girl named Nikoleta. They became friends with her and together they visited a lot of other beautiful buildings and museums. Everyone enjoyed the visit and the pleasant experience they had there. After that, they decided to pick Egypt for their next travel destination.

Dimitar Atanasov: After they got to Egypt, they went to the great pyramids where they met a boy named Dimitar A. Alec and the others met him and got to know him. After Alec and the others were super nice and kind to him, he gave them a tour around one of the seven wonders of the world. After their wonderful experience in Egypt, Alec picked to go to Russia and visit Moscow, its capital.

Nikola Slavilov: When they got to Moscow, they went to “Igumnov House”. There they met a boy named Nikola Slavilov. They quickly became friends, so together they went to “Saint Basil the Blessed” Cathedral. After the wonderful and interesting experience in Moscow, Nikola suggested they went to Vienna for their next incredible adventure.

Аnabel: They got to Vienna.They met a girl named Iva.They went to “Prater”.There they had a lot of fun and went on a Ferris wheel. They got hungry and went to eat goulash. It was delicious but they continued. Iva and Alec went to Madame Tussauds museum, where they saw different wax figures of famous people.The last landmark they visited in Vienna was Schonbrunn Castle.Their adventure ended and they decided to go to Romania.

In Romania the group went to Graf Dracula’s Castle. There they learned very interesting things about Vlad (Graf Dracula). After that, they went hiking to see the Sphinx which is a natural monument on the Bucegi Plateu. Their last stop was the Bigar waterfall which is one of the most beautiful and magical landmarks there. Near the waterfall there was a restaurant and the food there was so delicious that most of them got food for the hotel. For their next adventure someone suggested going to Tokyo and everyone agreed.(Iva)

Kaloyan: After the trip to Romania, Alec and his friends decided to go in an interesting country in another continent. So they went to the capital of Japan, Tokyo. As soon as they arrived, they went to watch the world karate

championship and met one of the participants. His name was Kaloyan. He took them to the best sushi restaurant in the city. When they had eaten, they went to the oldest temple in Tokyo - Senso-ji. Kaloyan and his new friends had a great time and decided to go to Thailand.

Nataliya: In Thailand they saw the capital, Bangkok. There they went to the Great Buddha of Thailand. They stayed there all day because there was a big and beautiful garden. After that they went to Samyan Bangkok. The next day they went on a Bike and Canal boat tour. There they saw how Thai people lived.

Nicole: After a long long trip, the group of friends went to Turkey. Alec and the others first went to Ephesus where they saw The Library of Celsus.

After that they went to “St. John” and the “House of the Virgin Mary” Basilica. The weather was very hot and they felt thirsty so they bought some fresh pomegranate juice. Of course the group was very hungry, so they decided to go to a restaurant to eat traditional Turkish dishes - pide, lentis soup, guzleme, baklava and kadaif.

There they met a girl named Nicole. They quickly became friends and went together to Pamukkale and there they saw the hot mineral springs. They were having a really good time there! After two days, they planed to go to Brazil and its capital, Rio De Janiero.

Krum: After the long plane journey, the group almost got lost in the ginormous airport. That was when all of them got very hungry and they went to a restaurant when they met Dimitar Marinov, who knew a lot about Brazilian culture.

Then the group went to Christ the Redeemer statue. Getting there was pretty difficult. They found a new friend called Krum. After that the group went to see Pontão do Lago Sul which is a beautiful walk by the lake that the whole group enjoyed. The group had a great time and then they decided to go to Bulgaria.

Dimitar Marinov: They arrived at the airport in Varna and immediately went to the beach. There they swam and played beach sports all day. In the end of the day, while they were enjoying some traditional Bulgarian food, Dimitar invited them to visit a small village in Bulgaria, the village of Chavdar. When they got there the next day, they had a walk around the village’s centre and they visited some local museums and Alec learned a lot about Bulgarian history. For dinner, his friends had made some traditional Bulgarian dishes like kebabcheta, banitsa, boiled beans and homemade bread. Alec ate the delicious food and thought that he had been very lucky to meet all of them and see all the beautiful places around the world.
