Web Branding and Updates

  • General content updates across sites based on user testing sessions earlier in the calendar year

  • Individual sites checked accessibility

  • Did planned quarterly updates of:
    • Glossary
    • RP page
    • Site Map

  • Considered how to use existing videos to support user experience across sites

  • Coordinated (and this is continuing) cross-team examination and updating the login experience
    • This is a complex process expected to last at least through the end of September and likely into October
    • Based on feedback that came out of the user testing sessions

Web and Social Media Stats

  • For the month of August, the ACCESS site had more than 400,000 impressions (views) and more than 3,000 clicks (people “went” somewhere on the site)

  • ACCESS completed a successful PEARC25 in July of this quarter, which was echoed in a strong LinkedIn social media campaign. The 10-day campaign saw a 175% increase in impressions from the same period during PEARC24, a remarkable 10.32% engagement rate, 387 post clicks to content (up 438%) and a boost in followers of 1.8%. The reach of the ACCESS LinkedIn account continues to outpace other platforms.
