Our School Improvement Goals

Reading Goals:

ROSA will increase reading proficiency as measured by the reading EOG from 58.2% to 62%�ROSA will increase 3rd grade reading proficiency on the reading EOG from 42.3% proficient to 48% by May 2026.

�Math Goals:

ROSA will increase math proficiency as measured by the math EOG from 63.8% to 68%.�ROSA will increase 8th grade math proficiency on the math EOG from 52.9% proficient to 61% by May 2026.

�Student Wellness Goals:

ROSA will increase sense of belonging school-wide as measured by the Panaroma Survey 2025 EOY of 73% to 80% at 2026 EOY.�ROSA will increase sense of belonging for the rising 5th grade cohort as measured by the Panaroma Survey from 63% (EOY 2025)to 73% at EOY 2026.

Title 1 Program

  • ROSA is a Title 1 school.

  • All ROSA students receive breakfast and lunch at no cost to parents through a Community Eligibility Program.

Communication

  • Two-way communication is essential for an effective partnership between the school and home.
  • Please keep your contact information updated.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers (notes, email, phone calls, reviewing progress reports and report cards).
  • If you have a question or concern, contact the teacher.

School Attendance

  • Regular school attendance is key to success.
  • Excessive absences have a major impact on student achievement.
  • Instruction starts at 8:15 and ends at 3:00.
  • Tardies and early check-outs impact instructional time
