  • One to one meeting with counselor to confirm course requests
    • To Contact Running Start Students
    • To Follow-up on missed requests from 8th graders and HS students
    • Insure Courses Supports Student’s Post Secondary Plan
  • Reschedule Students into Student Request Alternate Classes
  • Adjust Course Enrollment Numbers in Master Course List

TOOLS, TIMELINE AND STAFFING

  • Google Sheets and Skyward are Main Programs Used
  • Ideal is to Complete Master Schedule by First Part of May
  • Staffing is contingent upon Union Agreements, FTE Available and Student Requests
  • By June 1 the Desire is to have all students Scheduled
  • Start of School all students and staff with full Schedules
  • 5th Day into Semester is the last day to change classes
