Our mission is to initiate local, regional and international projects centered on the personal development of youth and adults, by using creative, non-formal methods, in order to acquire the essential skills of active citizenship. STEM4RO's vision is to become an active factor in the community by initiating actions to educate young and adults.

Erasmus+ project, 2022-3-IT03-KA152-YOU-000097746, "No Water, no Life!", coordinated by APS Youth Union For Intercultural Relations - E.T.S, Italy. The aim of the project was to improve young people's knowledge about water saving. The participation in this project, in Venice, between May 2-11, 2023, provided 31 young people from 6 European countries (Romania, Italy, Germany, Macedonia, Turkey and France) with tools and methods to increase their competence to get involved in water saving ways, to be aware of the challenges of water scarcity, to lay the foundations for a sustainable approach to water resource management.

THE EYEOPENER INTERNATIONAL TRAINING COURSE took place on 21.02.202326.02.2023 in Brussels, Belgium.�The aim of the course was to provide an international learning experience to the workers of youth involved in specific activities with NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), through developing the necessary skills for writing and implementing youth exchange projects. A youth worker participated in the course activities on behalf of the Association STEM4RO and 2 young people from the organization.

Connector 8.0, Bucharest, 4th-7th July 2023- Connecting the world by non-formal learning organized by National Agency Erasmus+ Romania (ANPCDEFP).�Around 100 participants from 15 countries spent 5 days learning, sharing ideas, having fun together.

The "STEM FOR FUTURE" event organized by the STEM4RO with 40 secondary students, in Slatina, was funded by the Meet and Code program, supported at European level by Amazon and SAP. In Romania, the program is coordinated for the 7th consecutive year of Techsoup Association and supports technology and programming events aligned with the mission of the European Commission initiative: Europe Code Week.
