Redwood Campus Dry Rot and Painting Project. The District awarded Ausonio, Inc. to complete the following scope of work:
- Repair or replace exterior doors
- Salvage existing locksets, panic hardware, door closers and kick plates for reuse on new hollow metal doors
- Supply and install aluminum door bottom shoe with rain drip and sweeps and aluminum overhead door rain-drip flashing
- Painting of door frames and repairing dry rot
- Repair and replace dry rot on seven buildings
- Replace damaged or missing wood trim
- Pressure wash, scrape, sand and pre-prime any raw wood, prime and apply two coats of paint
