• Buses will depart Pinnacle High School at 4:30 pm on Friday 12/12
• Note: Players can leave their cars in the Pinnacle HS parking lot Friday evening-Sunday; however, the school is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. Cars without a parking permit cannot be parked at Pinnacle HS during the school day on Friday.
• Buses will return to Pinnacle High School around noon on Sunday 12/14

• Note: Camp Tontozona is a nut-free facility. Players’ food allergy information was shared with Camp Tontozona.

• Practice - beginning January 5th - State Championships May 2nd
• Commitment: Attend practice 5 days a week
• Pictures - Tentative date Saturday 2/14 - 4 PM
• Out-of-State - We will likely host four games against out-of-state teams
• Spring Break - No League Games - Possible game on Sunday 3/22 vs an out of state team, with possible practices on 3/20 and 3/21.

Communication

• All official team functions and communications will go through TeamSnap, download the app, unmute it and pay attention. This is for parents and players.
• We will have GroupMe groups for JV and Varsity, and likely will have different ones for offense and defense, these are for players and coaches only and these will be X’s and O’s and team focused.

• Let me know if you are going to miss practice. It is my expectation that players are at all practices (including strength and conditioning sessions) unless you have an excused absence.
• I don’t speak with parents about playing time. I will always let players know where they stand on the depth chart if they want to know. If your athlete has an issue with where they stand on the depth chart, they need to speak with the coaches. Varsity lacrosse games are NOT an equal playing time experience. Everyone has the same opportunities in practice to show how hard they work, Varsity game playing time is determined primarily through how well players play during practice.

What does this mean

• We are not tax advisers, so any specific questions, please consult a tax professional
• We will hold a FUNDRAISER in the month of January
• All donations received for your player will be consolidated and turned over to Kiwanis
• The donator will receive 100% of the donation as a credit to offset their AZ tax liability
• Kiwanis will send back 50% of those donations to credit your player’s fees

Last year we had $18,400 donated and received $9,200 back to the Club!!!
