Candidates should have pass in examination of higher secondary course conducted by the Tamil Nadu state board (or) any equivalent board with Any Group

What is the Educational Qualification?

For DGNM (Diploma In Nursing)

The Seat Ratio for Diploma In Nursing

• Science Group : 65%
• Vocational Group : 25%
• Other Group : 10%

Candidates should have pass in examination of higher secondary course conducted by the Tamil Nadu state board (or) any equivalent board with following subjects:-

Who are all eligible for Paramedical Courses?

• The candidate should be Citizen of India
• The candidate should be Native of Tamil Nadu (or)
• The candidate should be studied in Tamil Nadu from 6^th Standard to 12^th Standard.
• The candidate should have completed 17 years of Age.

Application Model

CANDIDATES ARE INSTRUCTED TO UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE WHILE FILLING UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION IN THE REQUIRED PLACES.

• The Mark sheet(S) of H.S.C. Examination /any other Equivalent Examination Duly endorsed by the competent authority in both sides have to be uploaded.
• Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of H.S.C or Equivalent Courses.
• Nativity Certificate (if applicable).
• Permanent Community Certificate Card
• Candidates seeking Admission against Special category (Differently Ableded,Wards of Exserviceman,Sports)seats should obtain necessary certificates from the appropriate authorities in the prescribed form and upload them.
• X - Standard Mark Sheet.
• Certificate for proof of study from 6^th standard to 12^th standard (candidate who studied in Tamilnadu)
• First graduate Certificate
• Parent Document (if applicable) SSLC/10^th Marksheet,Transfer certifcate,Adhar,voter’s ID,Driving License,Passport and Ration card.

METHOD OF SELECTION

• Single Window System online Mode of Application and Counselling in phases. Selection according to Merit applying Rule of Reservation

SCHOLARSHIPS

• SC /SCA/ST Scholarship Rs.45000 perannum. For this Parent’s Income should be less than 2.5 lakhs per year.
• First Graduate scholarship for BC/MBC Students /SC SCA ,ST Students with Parent Income More Then 2.5 Lakhs per year are givenRs.20,000 peraanum.

SCOPE OF PARAMEDICAL COURSES

• Study Post Graduate Courses
• Job opportunities in Medical Institutions.
• They can start there own Pharmacy or medical laboratory.
• Job opportunities in Foreign countries.

FACILITATION CENTRE

• The candidate who are unable to access the online application, then they can appear in person with parent or guardian, along with all the original certificate at any one of the facilitation centre available in the nearest Government Medical Colleges/Tamil Nadu Government Dental College/Government Erode Medical College, Perundurai / Rajah Muthiah Medical and Dental College, Chidambaram for registration purpose.
