Critical Systemic Findings
Identical failures found across ALL 10 centers — this is sector-wide, not site-specific.
01
Teachers Cannot Access Screening Data
85% of teachers had NEVER seen ASQ reports for their own students. Zero centers had a system to share screening data with classroom teachers.
02
Zero Follow-Up Systems for ASQ Recommendations
Not one center tracked whether children flagged for re-screening were ever followed up on. Screening became a compliance checkbox, not an intervention tool.
03
Parents Notified — Schools Are Not
When children score low, parents get an email. Schools get nothing. One child went undiagnosed with severe autism until age 5.
04
Critical Gaps in Birth-to-Three Coverage
One center had NO screening tool at all before this program. Another had zero coverage for children under age 3 — the most critical developmental window.
05
Teacher Burnout Is Pervasive & Structural
Teachers working second jobs, managing severe behaviors, with no data access. One teacher said simply: "The behaviors are really a lot."

The children deserve better.
The teachers deserve better.
The families deserve better.
And the data proves we know how to do better — if we choose to invest
in the infrastructure that makes it possible.
