Fields of Application

  • Technology and Society
  • Public Debates
  • Ecological and societal transition
  • Third Industrial Revolution
  • Governance of Nanotechnology
  • UN Sustainable Development Goals

Context

New technologies must be developed in a sustainable and inclusive way that allows them to be directed towards shared and virtuous goals, and to minimize their health, social, environmental and ethical impacts. It’s the so called Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) in Europe. My research deals in particular with the cases of nanotechnology, human enhancement technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
