Preparing for production support

The Hack for LA TDM team requests a meeting with the people at LADOT who will be responsible (IT/staff) for the application and its users.The meeting is to surface IT/staff questions, so that we can create proper documentation for running the application.

Additionally we are currently locked out of specific production environments (e.g.,locked out of the production environment other than to do updates. And one of our team members can’t do DB updates while John Still can)

Follow Up Item: Alexander will ask David re responsibilities and HfLA being locked out

FAQ questions and answers has been initialized in the development environment based on the TDM FAQ Draft
Please review to ensure the links work as intended

Decision: Release to Production (yes/no)? If no, hold until?

We are removing the external link icon for any links that are lacity.org and keeping and using the icon on any url that isn't. E.g., on about page, remove all except youtube and hfla links.

Greyed out text tooltips Update #1244

The Tooltip edits for the greyed out test explanation has been implemented based on the TDM Tooltip Edits document.
The changes are available in the development environment
Please review to see what fixes we need to make as John noticed some of the changes were not consistent with the application behavior, but he tried to used wordings that were consistent with how the application is actually implemented.
He had some examples in an email sent November 23rd,2022

Decision: Release to Production (yes/no)? If no, hold until? Hold until feedback given and implementation of changes is made.
