Load Grades and Comments

  • Before Interims can be printed teachers must :
    • “Load” grades
    • Enter comments
    • Save work

Directions to Load Grades

  • From the gradebook - click on Grade Reporting--->Interim Progress or
  • Click the green paper from the home screen next to the gradebook icon

  • In the upper right hand corner next to the save button you will see an “L” button- click that to load your grades

  • Grades will load in the IPR box and you should see one grade for each student. Note: Only grade will show for each student. No percentages will show.

Directions to Enter Comments

  • Next to the IPR Marks are the comment boxes. For preset comments - click on the search icon in the box and you can drop down to which comment you want to add. You can add up to three comments- one in each COM1 COM2 and COM3 box.

Directions to Enter Free Form Comments

  • If you would like to make a free form comment (write something not in the preset comments) click on the settings wheel next to the save button. Click show/hide notes to turn on and off. Turn on the notes. Type what you want in the boxes and then save

  • Once you loaded your grades, entered your comments and SAVED your work we can pull your grades (marks) and print interims.
