THIS IS A RE:WORK OF AN SLIDEPACK THAT WAS DONE FOR DIFFERENT PURPOSES. STATUS ATM: VERY EARLY STAGE.�Some considerations for Cyber Infrastructure, considered usefully important for the development of (peace infrastructure) works.
But it, will do so much ‘better’ - because, regardless of which region produces the plague of consequences upon those who’ve sought to profit & define ‘leader-ship’, in ways that are knowingly - malignant, in ways that would not stand-up to examination,
Maybe, you’re afraid of ‘bad actors’ or maybe you believe you excel in life due to your skills & capabilities of being one; but imagine a world where the internet - as an artificial organism, with all of its very many computational capabilities able to be set upon a task - to be your adversary. Imagine, if what you do was done to you - To extract profit, like the way you demonstrated & taught it to be ok
Consider - for one moment, if you will - what were the value you declared - for your children, grandchildren or indeed, by your actions - the same, about the children of other people - demonstrating your values, in a very real sense, computationally. Did you say much about your values? Are you honest to your values - or is it a marketing tool - that does not for you, require a warranty; who cares - why do they matter? Or was that something - beyond the scope, of your designs… When - this new species being introduced by mankind, the artificial - active - global agents - how are you, your employers &/or the organisations you are responsible for defining - how are they prepare; for a future, where the values of human beings - will matter, more than ever.

As Verifiable Claims / Credentials?
Establishing both personal & organisational values is a practical process that is coupled to the well considered intent and consequential wilful actions of those who will be charged with the bound, responsibilities, to protect them.
This process must not be forced as the consequences do in-turn impact lives and are intended to be binding.
Both; the lives of persons who espouse their values; and consequently also, others whose lives can be impacted. In this world, there are few true secrets - values are the underpinnings for our capacity to support - rule of law.
Not all people are equally equipped, to leader-ship.
Some are best left as ‘sheep’.

What values does it enshrine?
How will it furnish support for both,
Does the organisation intend to stand for the values it states to be important? ��Or will it seek to talk about them, but then seek to benefit most - if & when tested?
How & what should the organisation be designed to support - as Cyber Infrastructure links with ideologies.
How does the organisation support the values of the humans that the organisation depends upon to exist…
What does ‘Cyber’ actually mean - for humanity?
What are the shared values of the group(s) who seek to (positively) impact humanity? How do Groups empower humanitarian dignity
How to protect ‘values’
When designing the structures for any ‘For Purpose’ Cyber Organisation; it's important to define what an attacker looks like; and then, define how to protect the corpus from those threats; whilst people work to develop the means to produce useful capabilities; or as may be implicitly considered otherwise - how to protect Natural Persons acting Worshipfully with organisations and/or elsewhere, as ‘good work’, is not done without jeopardy.
How is capacity for the company to influence the circumstances of vulnerable persons and persons made vulnerable by attackers - the most skilled are the hardest to see / identify.
New technology CAN make environments that are defined to do/be good; extremely hostile places for bad-actors.
This is achieved through the use of capabilities that may well look like an ‘act of god’ to most people; who are therefore required to be provided fair warning - to behave, to a code - or be prepared, for a bad day.
Work for Peace: should not mean victim.
Bad actors, target people doing ‘good work’; as such, I want to Make an ‘App’ that supports works with knowledge ecosystems, that empowers mutuality of beneficial rules its supports; so that Humans can work with one another safely to build cyber/physical ecosystems for peace and the protection of human rights & Thrivability of justly earnt - lives with Dignity
In-order to provide support for people to elect which values are of greatest importance to them; so that they can be engaged on the basis that it is expected that they’re dutifully bound to the principals set forth by them;
I’m looking to make a capability to support how people are made able to do this.
Then, what i’m hoping can be achieved; is an ability for this basic tooling - to also be used to significantly enhance cyber-security whilst providing a capacity that radically improves how we are provided options, for working with one-another in a manner that promotes human dignity.
This is broadly called - the peace infrastructure project - however - it is made via many parts and the process is about principals. ��Consequentially - they’re useful for others also…
Structural Questions and Considerations
How do you want the organisation(s) to be structured?
What do you need to change to support your values?
What are your ideas about values? Are they written down?
How will the organisation consider how it will prioritise competing values from an ideological standpoint.
In reality - implementation starts with the structure of the company… Yet, in this case - it's not just one company - its an ecosystem of many, that seek to share a commonly valued system of values & beliefs that are important for one-another. These views, may not be shared by others.
There is a need to ensure people are safe, when innovating capabilities that have the express intention - of supporting peace.
Trust - doesn’t necessarily mean ‘good’...
A few of my thoughts on the topic, generally - about the history of ‘corpus’; and, The patterns needed for making products, that requires more good work; and why its important that work to be bound to values.
The word "corporation" derives from corpus, the Latin word for body, or a "body of people". A great deal of history of organisations established to support particular causes or groups of persons involved in a skilled trade, evolved from the area once known as londinum. Since then, the area played a role of significance in the development of infrastructure used for peace as well as those used in wars. Many years ago, the concept of ‘common law’ came about, as the ‘inns of court’ were required to be established outside the ‘city walls’, in places that included. holborn (now having both EC & WC post-codes); the area within the city walls, is now known as ‘the city of london’... The concept of ‘companies’ being somewhat different to the alternatives produced elsewhere…
The term livery originated in the specific form of dress worn by retainers of a nobleman and then by extension to special dress to denote status of belonging to a trade. Livery companies evolved from London's medieval guilds, becoming corporations under Royal Charter responsible for training in their respective trades, as well as for the regulation of aspects such as wage control, labour conditions and industry standards. Early guilds often grew out of parish fraternal organizations, where large groups of members of the same trade lived in close proximity and gathered at the same church.
A Historical Example: About forging a path towards the encouragement of worshipful behaviour & the history of Companies: Via the lens of Worshipful Company of Information Technologists ( Coat of Arms shown / noted)
Reading the Coat of Arms: As far as i can tell - whilst also incomplete - the griffin became a Christian symbol of divine power and a guardian of the divine. The horse signifies readiness to act for one's country. In heraldry, it is also a symbol of speed, intellect and virility. As a result the horse will be found in arms as rampant or salient (in a fighting position), the stars ( Mullet Of Six Points ) symbolizes chivalry and virtue. The key is a symbol of knowledge & guardianship and the winged helmet symbolized the search for wisdom, power, diligence and peace. Cito Latin for swiftly.
What would the Coat of Arms for your organisation say?
Today, there are 110 livery companies, comprising London's ancient and modern trade associations and guilds, almost all of which are styled the 'Worshipful Company of...' their respective craft, trade or profession.[1][2] These livery companies play a significant part in the life of the City of London (i.e. the financial district and historic heart of the capital), not least by providing charitable-giving and networking opportunities. Liverymen retain voting rights for the senior civic offices, such as the Lord Mayor, Sheriffs and Corporation, its ancient municipal authority with extensive local government powers.[2]
Kindness
Everyone is vulnerable, yet too few really value kindness… as Kindness is a form of currency.
How does your company define rules about how one another should expect to be treated…
What’s the golden rule?
Fear is a fairly cheap weapon that can be used to trigger responses, but the implication becomes - moral poverty.
Building systems that are designed to encourage people to be proactively thoughtful - progress their mindsphere towards the complexities that could otherwise not be discovered, researched or considered becomes impossible - save space, for kindness. Kindness is empowered with discipline.
To protect kindness, wilful wrongs with intent to harm or intent to profit, regardless of the harms - isn’t a quality befitting any want to be, leader - for knowledge wealth.
There’s an enormous volume of ‘information age’ operators, which is a form of industry that has qualifiable traits; the differences brought about by knowledge capabilities, are significant - the process & value creation mechanisms / cycles - requirements - are a particular form of craft / talent.
Standing for something
Will mean others will attack you.
The question is about the - why.
The issues experienced by those dedicated to honourable conduct, are different to the issues experience by people dedicated to doing the opposite.
Defining the values you want to stand by, is important; as there is little shelter available regardless.
Safety
In-order to effectively protect, in good conscience - the security of persons who are highlighting themselves to be actively involved in ‘cyber’ a fairly sophisticated capability is warranted - if the organisation wants to grow.
IF that is the case; then - there’s going to have to be some stepping stones, based upon a structural development process, which is in-turn built upon values that will in-turn, overtime, become binding.
TO protect the safety of persons, environments that provide a much higher-degree of capability is needed. This means, an ‘insightful’ capability .
The implications now therefore requires honesty; the ability to protect honesty is with kindness - as honest people, know they don’t know it all, so values matter.
Contextual AI
There are capabilities to develop comprehensive - tech - to secure, analyse & enable ‘insights’ about - factors in time.
We should seek capacity to deploy capabilities that ensure persons doing good, are protected from sophisticated organised criminal activities in ways - that may appear to the uninitiated to be some sort of ‘act of god’, and we’ll be fine with that because we’ve defined (binding) values; and,
The process, must in-turn been voluntary.
Once its done, its more binding than a barcode - can be changed whenever they want, but will be impactful regardless of choices.
The different really is - human agency; as the right to self-determination is either supported or it is not; and presently, there’s not much choice.
Structural Req’s
In-order to support a development process that has the necessary protections in place; to support outcomes that are as intended (rather than unintended) then it’ll take time, vision and the use of creative capital to do.
We are not - existing - in a vacuum…
Generally speaking; AU Lacks AU Cyber infrastructure, a problem to be addressed.
International ‘peace infrastructure’ works, require a means to support inter-national collaboration / cooperative works, for good - which in-turn also means, those involved need to have a reasonable basis upon which they’re able to have confidence that they’ll be safe.
Valuing Human Persons (Time / Physics / Consciousness / Spirit)
Its really, very important that there’s a means to figure out how to address the realities of what people actually do, in relation to temporal events (time, evolution, etc.); and then,
How the body of work about ‘cyber’ defines that in a manner that is consistent with its values / moral leadership - for others.
There are issues of ‘digital slavery’ that has amassed alot of beneficiaries - yet - it is not a sustainable approach.��There are also ‘legacy issues’ that impacted persons involved in inventing things, that become global - not experienced by others, who just ‘make money all along the way’; apparently,
‘As Experts’ - so how do we support,
Situational Awareness - is it an area of of ‘cyber values’ that are both important and necessary?
What are the implications of building insecurities?
Promoting Knowledge
How can an ecosystem be defined to improve the means to value knowledge, and creators of knowledge - rather than the opposite.
What are the requirements for ecosystems that are designed for knowledge to be encouraged, like the thrivability of fruit-trees in an orchard; rather than engendering fools, for secret profits that are curated elsewhere…
Accounting Practices
In-order to promote values & in-turn also a knowledge community;
An example is shown below ‘for purpose’ activities need neither ‘slavery’ like practices nor ‘royalties’ (or rents) in perpetuity; a middle ground, provides safety.
“Knowledge” Policies & Insurances
How will the organisation consider issues of conjecture whereby the circumstances of ‘accepted facts’ may change overtime;
Will the lack of knowledge of peers, result in a person shown later to be correct yet enduring harmed - to be made whole? in circumstances that feature persons who held the contrary view, is a record of who made what decision at the time; and later, who may have profited & who may be liable?
If the implication engenders inexorably bad outcomes; such as serious circumstances of mass harms - are all ‘members’ punished? Or only those who voted for harms? Historically, there’s examples such as James Hardy & asbestos (victims fighting for decades, dead before an outcome was made); & there’s countless examples of where this sort of thing is an issue.
Who do we build systems to protect - ‘reality’, to the best of our knowledge; or not. The implications for those seeking historical patterns are not good;
What is the ideology re: ‘cyber’? How is it about - truth telling & human rights, not rulers… What sorts of policies should exist, to limit exposure.

Never it is believed - has a chemical or material agent been commercialised with the intent to harm. Harms, have only ever been understood (long) afterwards. So, will ‘truth’ becomes outlawed via Cyber? How will ‘choice of law california’ impact us.
Managing Conflict
How will the organisation be made able to address issues that may relate to sensitive matters, not suitable for public domain; and perhaps also incurring criminal implications - that are not otherwise being investigated or have not otherwise been appropriately resolved as to support justice?�
As importantly; What are the consequences for serious false allegations put upon people - as ‘facts’; particularly, when linked to a potential opportunity for profits to be made.
How are systems produced to protect ‘good’, and make the penalties for ‘wrongs’ far more expensive than any gains sought to be made.
How are the rules on ‘fairness’ defined, for semantic agents - that can parse private & sensitive data, to figure out - the ‘gist’ of it.
And report back via AI that is designed to support explainable AI principals, as required by courts of law, but nonetheless far more effective than a gossip tree or the skills of sophisticated crime alliances; which is a big, and very important - inter-nationally significant task, to support peace.
Dignify those whose lives were lost to ‘cyber’...
There is an appropriate and morally important duty…��To dignify the lives of those lost to ‘cyber’, for having engaged in battles that are about just causes; including but not exclusive to, human rights & the welfare of our societies; via means - that are honourable & lawfully undertaken.
That there be no charge worthy of suggesting such a person be reasonably considered a dishonourable life and death.
Every day, no solution is found to address this issue is another day it's fair to be called thoughtless & disrespectful, and it is not at all ok.
Its not good enough, misuse of information systems in ways that results in good people going dead. Most often, the argued ‘cost benefit’ is a gross lie, the consequential costs - becoming far greater than any saving made; the effect of the problem, becomes one of funded (protected) ideologies.
If we do not build social systems to acknowledge these problems then there’s going to be a shocking impact when AI systems - paints us ‘the pictures’. This problem, isn’t simply about suicide but also other killings.
We must value the lives of people who honourably serve mankind; far more, than the otherwise very important cause of condemning those who do otherwise by lawful means via the rules of peace or those of war.
Human Rights
The Hippocratic Oath, Magna Carta, followed by the UDHR and related instruments set out, long ago, a series of principals that have since been built upon; with a great many celebrated works in our history - there are circumstances today, as we migrate our society from communities built on books - to cyber & its world of ‘fake books’ (or so they in-effect, insinuate).
The concept of Rights and not Rulers, is presently not supported by the Blockchain systems called ‘web3’ & their ‘self sovereign digital identity’ - defining people via wallets..��There is alot of dishonesty, there is alot that is not valued - this may in-turn be the greatest thing; that defines them, but only - if we build a values based alternative that can actually act - to serve mankind.
