User Insight
Evelyn needs help planning her time in Bali because she wants to sell her paintings as well as do outdoor activities with friends and family.
During the 1-1 interviews, we discovered that most like to use google to find things to do while on trips. Therefore, we believe that people need help planning trip activities more efficiently and might be able to help if we provided an app to search for what caters to everyone involved as well as the option to make and share an itinerary. We might do this by creating filters/categories such as food types, outdoor activities, historical sites etc. and let the individuals check which ones interest them. Doing this will allow our product to be used easily without providing irrelevant information to the consumers.
13
Problem Statement
People usually use Google as a resource to find what they want to do on trips, leading to users looking through many websites to find what they are looking for. Not only is researching a time consuming process, but most people have higher stress planning trips with others due to lack of communication or different interests.

Final Thoughts & Conclusion
This project was a challenge at times but I was able to find out how to use my time wisely, as well as learning from my mistakes when it comes to the prototype. I found that the way to keep the app user friendly was to make many things clickable, which made it feel closest to the real deal. Next time, I can let the user navigate easier so they have a good app experience overall. All in all, the process of this project fell into place at the end and the user research was very important in learning how to cater to the individual who was using the Journey.
