Granger Middle School Extra Curricular Transportation Agreement

​

We are so excited that your student is interested in participating in extracurricular activities here at Granger. We are thankful to all of our teachers who are willing to serve as coaches and club sponsors so that we can continue to offer these activities to our students. In an effort to honor the time that our coaches and sponsors put into our programs, we need your help to make sure students are picked up at the appropriate time after practices, games, and clubs.

Expectations:

• All students should be picked up from practice no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled end time.
• All students should be picked up from their club activity no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled end time.
• All students should be picked up from home games no later than 10 minutes after the end of the game.
• All students should be picked up within 15 minutes after arriving back to the school from an away game.

After the first late pick-up, the coach/sponsor will email the parent of the student with a reminder.

​

After the second late pick-up, the coach/sponsor will email the parent of the student with a final warning.

​

After the third late pick-up, your student will no longer be allowed to participate in the extracurricular activity.
