I want to remind people that membership toolkit is the main way we're sending out info this year, remember to update/sign up. I just sent an email today to the "inactive" list that includes people who were active last year but need to go back in and update their accounts. And, second to that, follow HSC on social, that's a great way to get reminders, see pics from activities, etc.

If you want to talk about transitioning from flyers, that would be great. I totally agree that we should phase them out.

For people in the room who are organizing events/activities, reminder about the weekly call for newsletter info - and the earlier someone can start sending me info, the better coordinated we can be. We want to be sure we're adding to the google calendar, creating a landing page for the event because then we know what needs to move up on the homepage to highlight and know when to do social and highlight in newsletters.

We have collected the Room Parent list with the exception of few classes, currently working to fill up the spot. We will need at least one room parent in each class to support the teacher and students

Liaison between teacher, parents and HSC
Coordinate classroom or grade level parties, field trips and events
Assist with classroom activities and organizing volunteers
