Barriers Encountered…

  • 40% Literacy rate among women in the communities.
  • Slow implementation = use of QIVCs halfway through the project.
  • No consistency in the use of the QIVCs.
  • Language Barrier/Understanding of the questions in the checklist.

Results of Quality Control in Pilot Project

QIVCs helped determine what to report for the KPIs, e.g. CGVs that were managing adequately their neighbor groups. Manual suggests CGVs scoring 80% in the QIVC.
