Event Date & Location: December 12, 2025 in Lagos, Nigeria at 6:00PM - 8:30PM. An exclusive demonstration and tasting event showcasing artisanal sourdough bread and seasonal pastry collections, crafted using traditional techniques and premium ingredients.

Target Audience: 20 carefully selected industry professionals including food critics, restaurant owners, culinary bloggers, hospitality managers, and food distribution partners from the Lagos metropolitan area.

Key Goals: Establish Bliss Bakery as a premium artisanal bakery in Lagos, secure at least 3 wholesale partnerships, generate media coverage, and collect valuable feedback from industry experts to refine products before mass market launch.
