Sprint 229 Key Accomplishments: Spitfire

Inventory app 

• Bug: When moving an item from one holding to another it gots wrong order
• Bug: Escape double quotes during switching from Classifications, Call numbers browse
• quickMARC - show "Optimistic locking" message when an non-mapped Instance fields have been updated

• Bug: ECS | Wrong number of linked bibs displays in authority heading report after linked bib record has been promoted to be shared
