How to complete your Educational Development Plan through Xello

Your Educational Development Plan (EDP)

  • You will use and update your EDP every year through your senior year in high school to help you plan for your future goals
  • Each year you will have a new activity to complete, and will reflect on the choices you selected from years past
  • Your skills and interests may change over time, and more and more opportunities may open up as you learn

Logging In

  • To Login to Xello, use your BRK email and password
    • You have to be logged into your BRK google account - NOT a parent or other personal gmail account
  • Use the following slides for step-by-step instructions to get you started!

Finding Xello from Anderson’s Webpage...Click on “Counseling”

Then Click on College/Career Resources...

Expand the “Xello: Career Research and Exploration Online Tool” and click on “Xello”

Click on the face in the right corner, and click on “Account” when it pops up below it. You will now update your information.

Update your information

When you finish, click on “Xello” at the top of the screen - You can always click “Xello” to go back to your homepage

Your “Dashboard” or homepage will look something like the image below. You will have different activities based on your grade and what you have previously completed. Work toward completing your tasks until you reach 100%. When you finish that goal, take time to explore your options!
