    • 1. Liaise with District eLearning Team to donate additional technology to a school in need
    • 2. Complete Asset Handover Documentation
    • 3. Arrange logistics with the receiving school to collect the technology
    • 4. Remove assets from Asset Register

Asset Disposal

    • 1. Determine if the technology can be fixed or not
    • 2. If not, liaise with the Asset Disposal Committee at the school to dispose the assets
    • 3. Ensure that all data has been removed from the Assets and obtain a certificate (if done via 3rd party)
    • 4. Use the funds for school purposes 

Asset Management

    • 1. How do you manage assets at your school?
    • 2. Is there a plan in place if the technology gets vandalised of stolen?
    • 3. Did you perhaps network with schools in your area to donate technology if they receive a refresh
