    • If you want to take more than 1 music, talk to Mrs. Wood / Ms. Close
  3. Select TWO alternate courses on the back of your sheet
  4. Ask your parents to sign the registration form
  5. Turn in your registration form to your MATH teacher by Monday, February 3rd. (change from packet)
