Objectives:
1. Participants will increase their knowledge of what peer support is and what it isn't specifically in systems work (treatment courts, corrections, etc....).
2. Individuals will be invited to explore the difference of appropriate relational approaches rather than transactional efforts in order to create space for true transformation.
2. Personal reflection invitation on what you LOVE about your job and what might be "getting in the way" of feeling even better about what you do!
