Parent Portal
The Jackson County School System uses Infinite Campus as its student information management system. Parents can us the Parent Portal to stay up to date with their students’ progress in a variety of areas from attendance, assignments, grades, to state test scores. You can also update your contact information as well as receive important notifications from the district through your Portal account.
Start at the Jackson County District Website
Open a web browser and enter the
Jackson County School District web address:
From the district page, click on the Infinite Campus Portal icon in the menu below the top banner images.

Click the image to Visit the Parent Portal.
New to Parent Portal
Infinite Campus Parent Portal can be accessed via the web using a computer or the Mobile App - Campus Parent.
If you are new to Parent Portal, follow the steps below to activate your account.
Get Your Activation Key
In order to get your activation key, you will need
the following information for one of your children:
This will return each guardian name with their personal activation key. Write down your activation key for the next step.�
Note: You may use your computer copy & paste
function to capture and record your key
Submit Activation Key
Enter your activation key and click submit

Setup Username & Password
Setup your Username & Password for accessing your Parent Portal account. Your username is whatever you would like it to be but it must be unique within the system. Pick something you will remember and record it for future reference.

Your password must be strong.
Click the info icon for more information & suggestions. It is recommended to use a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. The password strength bar must be at 100% before clicking the submit button.
Once you have completed the process, you will get the Success! Message -- then Click Back to Login.
Login to Parent Portal
Security Recovery Email
This prompt only occurs on your first login.
Enter your personal email twice to confirm your current password and Click Save.
This email address will be used to recover your username or password if you ever forget them.

Stay up to date on your child’s progress using your computer or phone with:
Get Specific Information in Multiple Areas
The Parent Portal allows a family view in some areas while others require a student to be selected from a drop list on the right, such as the grades view.
Keep Your Contact Information Updated
Keep your contact information updated by clicking on the Person Icon on the right and select Settings.
Settings Section
Click on any section to update your Notifications, Account Settings and personal Contact information, such as your cell phone number and email address.
Notification Settings
Set the type of notifications you wish to receive
Set to receive all updates or just those within a specific range.
Account Settings
Your account security email and password can be updated at any time.
Contact Preferences
Keep your contact information updated so that you don’t miss any messages from your child’s school or the district office.

Update your contact preferences and keep both your phone and email addresses current.

Keep Your Address Updated
Update Language Preference
Your language preference can be set as needed in the Language section.
SLDS Portal for State Assessments & Resources
Click on the SLDS Portal link to move to the state portal where you can view your child’s Milestones results and other resources provided by the Georgia Dept. of Education.
