Challenges:

  • Attrition affects team membership.
  • Getting students to come prepared.
  • Students wait until the very last minute.
  • Will their next semester be the same? Am I setting them up for success?
  • Technology isn’t always agreeable.

Opportunities:

  • There is much less pressure to just get it right.
  • Students can re-submit solutions to fix any errors.
  • Students can be more independent.
  • I get to meet students where they’re at.

  • Students might not know the context or importance of topics
  • Assessments are not looked at

  • Students can grade their answers!
