From my perspective implementation of preventive approaches is very important for next generation. I worked 15 years as a school counselor. And 10 years professor.

So, application of the preventive approaches is very important to graduate students psychologically healthy. Since they will be part of society. They will be father mother and they will grow up children.

It means if we graate health students, next generation will be better.

Target:

the target is building safe learning environment in schools and districts. It means building trust and respect among all staff and students.

The second target is building powerful relationships amon all stuff and students.

These two items support each other.

About implementation.

Most of important part of this program is teacher training. Since, teachers are always either part of the solution or part of problems caused by them.

So, if we want to crease a safe learning environment we have to train them. Training itself is not enough. Help them to internalize the positive psychological approaches.

Peer mentoring is another important component of this program. Since it is very effective to reach out to the students and solve their problems.
