Phase 1: Product Growth (Months 1–6)

Release the student-facing app on iOS and Android. Promote peer connection through the gravity hubs invites- gamify it or make it a competition between extracurriculars or classes

Phase 2: The Parent Hook (Months 6–12)

When students log events that require parental signatures, the app prompts for a Parent Invite Code. This process of getting parents on board promotes more incentive to purchase and participate in the app's additional features.

MArket strategy

Phase 3: School/District sales (Months 12–24)

Certain schools will have better engagement and buying or just usage in general, so offering deals for whole school adoption is a good option for these districts or schools
