As a husband, dad of three teens, and my Wycliffe ministry, I know how challenging it canbe to invest in yourself as the leader of your home. I got into coaching for several reasons, but primarily because I experienced its powerful impact on my own life.��Coaching has helped me in my journey as a husband and parent and greatly increased my impact in ministry. Having a wingman by my side to help me think through life’s biggest challenges and take action has been invaluable to me.
Through coaching, I learned that my emotions are tied to everything I do and don’t do. When you coach with me, you’ll find someone who raises your awareness of your emotions so you can recognize them and take decisive action. With over 200 hours of coaching experience, my clients seek me out to improve communication in their marriages and with their kids, to keep their businesses on track, and to find new ways of achieving project goals.
