Locate Zoom session in NTULearn. Tools -> Zoom Meeting for Students

Click to launch Zoom -> Click ‘Open Zoom Meetings’ [Recommended]
You can join from your browser. However, note that there is limited sharing functions
While waiting for the host to allow you to the session, you can test your speaker and microphone.
Test your microphone and speaker
in the live ZOOM session
Unmute your video so everyone can see you while you speak.
Mute if network is no good on your end.
First thing to do -> Test your microphone and speaker
Optional: Virtual Background
The Virtual Background feature allows you to display an image or video as your background during a Zoom Meeting so it is less distracting what is happening around you.
Toggle to mute/unmute. Alternatively press spacebar to temporary unmute
and talk.
View Shared Content & Other Participants (Use Side-by-side Mode)

Best practices in ZOOM Breakout room
You can share any software application (e.g., MS Word) or online platform (e.g., Google Docs) to capture your discussion.
Alternatively, use the whiteboard. Recommend using text tool to put your message across. And don’t forget to save a screenshot and share it in the main Zoom room.
All of you can share a screen/whiteboard as anyone has equal rights.
