NBDIP continues to play a major role with the approval of our latest project.

This year we are looking to move to Phase 4 of our efforts to improve the walkability and safety of all who frequent our business district.
We’re in the final stages of 18 month long Master Planning process, during which there was extensive community engagement as we identified was good about our community and what areas needed to be addressed.
Consistent with Vision Zero philosophy and city-wide initiatives.
One of the primary goals of the Connecting Our Neighborhood working group coming out of this effort was to “Increase Pedestrian Safety, Volume, and Connectivity.
To address the safety goal, we are looking to have a Pedestrian-triggered Crosswalk Signal installed, just had same technology installed at another location.
To address increasing pedestrian volume and connectivity across the various parts of the neighborhood, we are looking to partner with go Vibrant to create walking paths and appropriate route signage.
